How do I reserve and pay for my villa rental?
Before making a reservation, please check the availability of your preferred villa during the period in which you wish to rent it. You may make an online reservation using our booking page or, alternatively, please contact us for help with your specific needs.
To secure your reservation, we will ask you for a booking deposit of 20% of your total rental price. If your booking is made less than 4 weeks prior your intended arrival date, your rental is payable in full at the time of booking. As soon as your payment has cleared, we will send you a formal confirmation of your booking.
Four weeks prior to your date of arrival we send you a final invoice for your booking, which we will ask you to settle promptly, together with a fully-refundable security deposit of 300€ (or Sterling equivalent).
Payments may be made by Sterling or Euro cheque or by a bank deposit (cash or inter-bank transfer) into our UK account at NatWest. We will contact you by email to clarify your preferred method of payment and to confirm the payment procedure.
Can I book a villa for just a weekend?
During the summer season, we only accept bookings for complete weeks. Outside of this period please contact us, as we may be able to accommodate you for a short stay.
Can I choose my days of arrival and departure?
During the summer our changeover day is Saturday. Outside of the summer period please contact us, as we may be able to offer you more flexibility in your arrival and departure days.
What happens if I want to cancel or change my booking?
Your booking deposit and rental payments are non-refundable, so we suggest that you take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause, which may enable you to recover non-refundable payments in the event that you are forced to change your travel plans.
Will my villa contain everything I need for the duration of my stay?
Each of our villas is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard.
In the kitchen you will find a full complement of kitcheware and tableware (to suit the sleeping capacity of the villa) as well as an extensive range of appliances, including oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and electric coffee maker.
Laundry and cleaning equipment includes a washing machine, clothes drying rack, electric iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all the usual hand tools required for cleaning.
The lounge includes a TV equipped to receive UK and French television channels, as well as a CD/DVD player.
The terrace is equipped with a gas barbeque, a dining table and chairs (to suit the sleeping capacity of the villa) and a selection of sun loungers.
All bedrooms have fitted closets, as well as drawer cabinets and bedside tables.
Bed linen and towels are available at additonal cost. For your hygiene, we systematically install new disposable mattress and pillow covers each time a villa occupancy changes.

What happens if I break something or damage the villa?
If you break something or damage the villa, please notify us immediately, so that we can take prompt action to ensure your safety and comfort.
We understand that accidents occasionally happen and we are generally tolerant of minor breakages, such as broken glasses. However, in the event of serious or malicious loss or damage, your security deposit may be at risk.
Am I expected to clean the villa at the end of my stay?
Our villas are rented on the basis that you leave them in the condition that you find them.
However, if you wish, we can offer you an end-of-stay cleaning service, for which a supplementary charge applies (please see the prices page).
When you make your booking you will be asked whether you require the optional cleaning service. If you decline this service, you make an implicit commitment to return the villa in its original condition. On the day of your departure, the villa will be inspected and, if found to require cleaning, you will have the choice of cleaning it yourself or allowing us to do it on your behalf, for which the same supplementary charge will apply.
What happens if a prior guest has left my villa in a poor condition?
Prior to every new guest arrival, our villas are inspected and given any necessary cleaning or maintenance. We work to a strict quality checklist to ensure that you will only be pleasantly surprised.
When you arrive, you will be shown to your villa by a member of our staff, where you will have the chance to inspect the villa for yourself and point out anything that you are not happy with. If necessary, we will arrange prompt maintenance or replace anything that is missing or broken.
Within the first 24 hours of your stay, you are also welcome to report to us any defects or missing items. After this period, we will consider that you have had adequate opportunity to inspect the villa, and you will become responsible for the state of the villa on your departure.
Will I pay extra for electricty and water consumption?
No. All water and electricity charges are included in the rental price of your villa.
Am I allowed to accommodate friends in the villa that I rent?
Each villa provides sleeping accommodation for a designated number of people. You can see the sleeping capacity of each villa by looking at our villas page. You are welcome to invite guests as long as you remain within the designted capacity of your chosen villa.
Am I allowed to park my car next to my villa?
Parking space for two car is allocated adjacent to each villa.
Can I get into and out of the complex at night?
The electric gate that secures the entrance to the complex operates 24 hours per day, using the remote control handset that will be issued to you on your arrival.
However, if you choose to enter or leave by car at night, please respect your fellow guests by driving slowly and keeping noise to a minimum.
Can I bring my dog or cat during my stay?
We're sorry but, for the comfort and hygiene of all our guests, we do not accomodate pets.
