Winter rentals

Outside the summer season, our villas are available for longer term letting, providing comfortable fully-furnished accommodation at rates that are comparable to those of a traditional rental contract.

Winter tenancies are available from September onwards and may last from one to ten months, depending on timing within the season and subject to any other weekly reservations that may have already been made for the summer season ahead.

To encourage you to prolong your stay with us, we operate a sliding scale of monthly rental rates - the longer you commit stay, the lower your monthly rate:

Our monthly rental rates do not include water or electricity comsumption. Instead, utility meters will be read monthly and you will be asked to pay for your usage of these services at the standard rates published by the suppliers. During your tenancy, all utilities will remain in our name we will be responsible for the associated standing charges.

Both villas are well insulated and electrically central heated, with the additional benefit of a reversible air conditioning unit, offering half-price heating for the main living areas. Villa La Chouette also features a wood-burning fireplace.

Each villa benefits from wireless internet access (subject to reasonable usage limits) and a telephone line that receives incoming calls and allows unlimited outgoing calls to fixed-line phones in France and the UK.
