On the Complex

As you can see in the plan below, our villas form part of a complex of 3 (of which 2 are currently available for holiday rental). Each villa is independent, with its own parking space for 2 cars as well as a secluded garden and a covered terrace area (complete with terrace furniture and a gas barbeque).

A range of common facilities is shared by the villas, including:

• a 5m trampoline (to be used under parental supervision)
• a table-tennis table (+ accessories)
• a badminton set
• a selection of adults and kids bikes (+ safety helmets)
• a large open space where kids are free to play ball games

New for 2010

As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement, we are making some big changes for the 2010 summer season.

To further expand the range of shared facilities, we are creating a swimming pool with accompanying sun terrace and a shared barbeque area. (Don't worry - it's fully enclosed, with child-safe gates). It will be built in a location that is directly accessible by both villas (but which doesn't risk causing a nuisance to either of them).

Adjacent to the pool will be a games room, with a full size snooker table, darts and other indoor games. (Air hockey and table football are on our list of acquisitions, but your suggestions are welcome).

If time permits, we also plan on creating additional outdoor facilities for children, including swings and a sand-pit.

For those of you who visited us in 2008 or 2009, you should also notice an improvement in the maturity of the gardens, with additional planting planned for the spring.
